  Pamela Burgos, Financial Coordinator/Patient Liaison
Pamela has been part of our family since February of 2009. She was born and raised by Chilean parents in Northern Virginia. She comes to us as an Administrative Management/Customer Service professional with over 20 years experience. Her areas of expertise include account management, process improvement, planning, project management, document creation. She’s responsible, detail oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, problem solving, communication, and team skills.
Pamela is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. She will assist our patients with scheduling appointments, setting up financial arrangements best suited for each patient, billing, working closely with insurance companies to gather all necessary coverage information custom to each patients treatment plans, follow through on all insurance claims until they have been thoroughly processed to closure and any other questions that our patients may have related to our office and or dental care. Pamela is very committed and takes great pride ensuring our patients experience is both outstanding and comfortable.
Hobbies: movie, dinner, spending time with family and friends.
